Morningside C.A.R.E. is located at Siné Cera and is home to Fahr House Natural Rainforest Alternative Health & Healing Centre on the very edge of the Border Ranges National Park of New South Wales. It is about 1 hour & 10 Mins from Lismore and less than 2 hours from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This location was specifically chosen because of the positive impact that nature has on people and the restorative qualities that can be easily accessed by swimming in the running creek or bush walking to improve fitness and health.

From Brisbane
Go via Beaudesert on the Mount Lindsay highway. At Beaudesert turn right at the lights heading for Rathdowney. At Rathdowney turn left at the petrol station till you come to a fork where you turn right. Keep going, entering NSW at the tick control gate continuing on through the National Park. On leaving the park continue until you see a very tall railway bridge, LOOK for the row of mail boxes on the LEFT and the Blue sign "Siné Cera. Take the left fork in the road DO NOT cross under the TALL railway bridge, cross the concrete creek crossing then turn LEFT and cross over the cattle grid follow this road for 4.2Km, on the Right hand side you will see the buildings at Siné Cera with Fahr House on the left of the first driveway and the Conference Centre on the right hand side....... From Kyogle
Continue along the Summerland Way through Wiangarere until you see the alternate route signs pointing Right to Brisbane via Lions Road (Wilsons Avenue) look for the sign "Cougal 21 km". Turn right here, set your speedometer trip meter to ZERO, you will travel exactly 17.5Km before turning off this road. To check your distance traveled you will come to the Gradys Creek General Store at 14.3 Km on the right hand side of the road and the sign "LIONS ROAD" at 15.7Km on the left hand side of the road. Take the next sharp right turn JUST past the SECOND "TALL" railway viaduct/bridge past the Gradys Creek General Store, LOOK for the row of mail boxes on the lower right side of the road and the Blue sign "Siné Cera, your speedometer trip meter will now read 17.5Km. Make the sharp right turn (almost a "U" turn) cross the concrete creek crossing then turn LEFT and cross over the cattle grid follow this road for 4.2Km on the Right hand side of the road you will see the buildings at Siné Cera with Fahr House on the left of the First driveway and the Conference Centre on the right hand side, your speedometer trip meter should now read 21.7Km.........You are Here!
